Cat 13.

The chair back again. I keep returning to this because I still haven't resolved it.

This is one of those situations where the digital shot appealed to me, but I am challenged getting it to read correctly. I ended up going back into this painting several times, long after I had put it aside as "finished" as it just never looked right. The angle of the face did not match the position of the ears, and I kept shifting the focus and loosing direction.
In the end, I changed the eyes to being shut and that worked for me. It suddenly made sense.
